Car-O-liner experts in Frankfurt, pointed out how the BenchRack Versa delivers unparalleled accessibility, accommodating vehicles of any shape or size with ease. This sophisticated system offers complete 360° access for the Draw Aligner, enabling technicians to execute intricate repairs with remarkable precision, thereby reducing cycle times and enhancing overall repair efficiency.

High strength steel and aluminium ramps facilitate safe and quick vehicle lifting, with the design also allowing vehicles to be lifted by their wheels, for faster and more secure positioning to the optimum working height. 

The positioning of the ramps, higher on the frame, enables quick diagnosis measurements, while the vehicle remains on the ramp, further boosting efficiency. 

The unit offers increased lifting capacity of up to 1,450 mm, meaning great operative working comfort. The design and use, without the need for rubber blocks, is in line with OEM requirements, especially for electric vehicles. This means BenchRack Versa meets the majority of original equipment manufacturer approvals. 

New pillar jacks are integrated into the bench frame, which allows lifting without using the floor as an aid. The 10 ton draw aligner pulls from any angle and a further aligner can be added for double pulling power. 

The BenchRack Versa Master Kit covers a wide range of vehicles with the EVO System and clamping accessories. With the EVO universal system, no vehicle-specific equipment is required to complete a repair.  Accurate real time measuring can be also achieved when used with CAR-O-TRONIC VISION2 X3 and CAR-O-DATA electronic measuring system.
