Latest colour trend figures from Standox reveal that black remains the preferred colour in Europe.

25% of all new cars sold in Europe are in black, with this figure as high as 40% in the luxury car and SUV segments.

However, white is the up and coming trend and is now second in the new car stakes, ahead of silver and grey. Standox colour expert Sandra Piwonski said “Like no other colour, white symbolises the current mega trend in Europe.” She added, “While fashion and other spheres of life may be quite colourful, when it comes to buying cars, most people are quite conservative in their colour choices.”
