Bradley Motor Works, Dublin Road, Galway have been appointed main Renault dealers for Galway this week.

This fills a gaping hole in the Renault dealers network since Bill Cullen Motors pulled out of Galway in May 2012 and subsequently ceased trading nationally soon afterwards. That left no Renault dealer in the county for the large number of dedicated Renault customers in the city and county.

Speaking to Autobiz, Robert Bradley, Dealer Principal of Bradley Motor Works said he was delighted to add the Renault brand to their portfolio. Bradley Motors will and the Renault brand to their existing franchises, Range Rover, Jaguar and Honda.  “There are a lot of loyal Renault customers in Galway and we are looking forward to providing for them a tradition Bradley service for which we are renowned. Our appointment will add to the much needed footfall at the garage and we are preparing to welcome Renault customers with open arms,” said Robert

Based in Renmore on the Dublin Road beside the g Hotel, the full range of Renault cars and commercials will be on sale shortly. Already Bradleys are open for servicing and warranty work on Renault models.

Bradley Motor Works has a trusted history going back generations and is part of Irish motoring history. Bradleys are an indigenous Galway company started by Bob Bradley in 1971 in Water Lane, Bohermore, later moving to Prospect Hill and latterly to the current site in Renmore. Bob’s daughters, Tara and Gillian, as well as his son Robert have followed in their father’s footsteps and now run the business with a strong emphasis on customer service in sales, aftersales and repairs.

Recently Renault launched the new Renault Clio, a car that will be a major seller in Ireland for them. Last year the Renault brand was a top-five brand in Ireland and with Bradley Motor Works joining the network, they have now completed a much important step in filling the void that has been in that network.
