A survey by the consumer Which? Magazine has voted BMW as the "Best Car

Manufacturer". The survey of Which? members found that 87% of BMW owners described themselves as very satisfied with their ownership experience.

Commenting on the award at the British Museum in London, Tim Abbott, BMW Group UK managing director said: "We are delighted to have won such a prestigious award, particularly as it is our customers who have rated us so highly.” He added, "We take great pains to ensure that the quality of service we offer both directly and through our dealers matches the excellence of our cars."
