Parts specialist Blue Print continues to expand its range of components across both its Asian vehicles and All Makes ranges.
The high quality parts offer “Right First Time” fit and easy identification though the comprehensive Partsfinder on-line tool. The range also includes many components which are often perceived to be dealer only parts, at more competitive prices.
A recent highlight already proving popular is ADBP970012, a Weatherstrip which fits three vans that are very popular in Ireland, the Nissan NV300 (2016-), Renault Trafic, Vauxhall Vivaro (2001-) (OE No. 44 08 416).
The weather strip is fitted to the rear door aperture and is designed to form a strong seal. The profile of the seal is intended to provide a barrier to keep water and road debris out of the load area of the van and reduce road noise. The weather strip is manufactured with EPDM (ethylene propylene diene monomer) rubber, with a shaped metal infill to allow it to attach to the aperture. A rubberised foam seal is used to fill the void between the door and the aperture. The constant opening and closing of the rear doors in all weather conditions means the weather strip can deform and potentially, over time, fail. Additionally, there is a risk of tearing the seal when removing tools or parcels from the van. The Blue print replacement strip offers a convenient and cost effective solution to this common issue.
