BodyhopServices.ie, the new business designed to offer independent repairers estimating and administration assistance, has reported great interest in its activities since the service went live last month.

Founder Tim Murphy, says that he has had a large number of enquiries from repairers looking to use his services and expertise, to produce Glassmatix insurance estimates. Smaller bodyshops in particular, who would not find it economical to install a Glassmatix system, have been very keen to utilise the service, but there has also been a significant level of enquiries from Glassmatix users looking to get a more in-depth understanding of their software.

While Tim’s Glassmatix estimating services can be of particular assistance in allowing bodyshops to access and make the most of insurance work, he is also keen to stress that Bodyshop Services can offer much more in terms of administration support. He says, “We can offer repairers much more than just assistance with estimates. We will also carry out insurance claim administration and liaison on behalf of repairers, assist with invoices and final accounts and do payment follow-ups.” He adds, “We know that many repairers are skilled at what they do when it comes to repairs and refinishing but are not so comfortable on the administration duties. We are here to help and can offer a flexible and economical approach that allows someone to concentrate on their own area of expertise.”
