A boost for paintshop efficiency with SATA RPS System

With bodyshops facing increased pressure on refinish operations due to tight repair margins and staff shortages, SATA is urging those who do not already use it to take a fresh look at the SATA RPS system.

The SATA RPS system is considered an integral component in the SATA system of paint spraying. It has been exclusively developed by SATA, the company who design and manufacture some of the most advanced air atomising spray guns available.

The system features a true vented pot which is the same design as the regular reusable hard pot. This means that the performance of the spray gun is in no way diminished, as it would have been had the spray gun been fitted with a “bag system disposable pot”, which allows a “Vacuum” to develop in the bag which in turn affects the material flow and can cause valuable material to be left in the bag. It is worth remembering that when looking at the price of the pot itself the cost is in relative terms is  immaterial given the cost of the paint that could be wasted. This makes SATA RPS system an economical cost saving tool that can significantly reduce paint consumption

The robust system comprises of just three components, Cup, Lid and filter sieve, which are new each time so no outer cup and collar is reused which may cause dirt inclusion.  The pots have flexible necks to allow painting at difficult angles, the system assists in the cleaning process and can be easily refilled meaning a further cup is not required.

The system is also ideal for storage and a dispenser system is supplied FOC for all new installations.
