The Fiat 500 will take to the gravel next year in the shape of a new Abarth 500 R3T rally car. It is set to feature in a new one-make rallying trophy in 2010.

Abarth has a long history in rallying and has previously developed cars and events for its versions of the Uno, Punto and Panda. The new Abarth 500 rally car will be in the group R3T category, for supercharged cars up to 1600cc.
