Motorservice appoints Régis Serrano as new CEO Régis Serrano new Chief Executive Officer of MS Motorservice International GmbH.

Régis Serrano has been appointed Chief Executive Officer of MS Motorservice International GmbH. He succeeds Tobias Kasperlik, who is retiring at the end of 2025.


Régis Serrano, who was born in France and is an engineering graduate, has been working in various management positions at Motorservice for many years.

From 2007, Serrano managed the French subsidiary MS Motorservice France S.A.S., and in 2016 he took over responsibility for European sales at MS Motorservice International GmbH as Senior Vice President Sales. In 2020, he was appointed managing director at Motorservice and in April 2024, he was appointed to the executive board. 

As CEO, he has assumed the position of chair of the executive board since February, replacing Tobias Kasperlik in this role.

The Motorservice Group is the sales organisation for the global aftermarket activities of Rheinmetall. It is a leading supplier of engine components for the independent aftermarket with premium brands including;  Kolbenschmidt, Pierburg, TRW Engine Components, BF and turbo by Intec.
