A new video has shown how a Ferrari road car shocked its F1 drivers with it speed and acceleration.

Lewis Hamilton and Charles Leclerc share a test drive of the F80 Ferrari in the YouTube video. At one point Leclerc says he feels sick, while Hamilton says “This is the fastest road car I’ve ever been in.”

Both drivers take a turn at the wheel F80 in the video and put the supercar through its passes. Only 799 examples are to be made with a price tag well above €3 million. Instead of the traditional V12 the car is powered by a twin-turbo V6 hybrid powertrain, which produces and amazing 1,183bhp, making it the most powerful Ferrari road car ever. Electric motors on the front wheels make the car four wheel drive.

All this power takes some stopping, but Hamilton describes the Brembo braking system as “unbelievable”. Despite the fact that Leclerc says “I feel sick already” as Hamilton drives, both drivers end the test session asking, “What colour are you getting?”
