Bodyshop equipment specialist Car-O-Liner has released a new video highlighting the advanced features and functions of the CTR9 Fully Automatic Spot Welder.

The video shows how the CTR9 is designed around a revolutionary light-weight transformer gun that has a 355° swivel ergo-grip handle that enables perfect working positions for a technician on any job. The gun is supported by a telescopic arm made from a durable, lightweight extruded aluminium that can be easily adjusted both vertically and horizontally. The CTR9 also has a compact power unit with a low centre of gravity for easy mobility and added stability and a 16,000-amp transformer and CANBUS communication to ensure a perfect weld every time.

As well as being highly efficient the welder also protects the operative from the likelihood of strains and injuries. The Ergo-grip handles allows technicians to comfortably hold the gun in any position, while the double rotating c-tong handle makes using the equipment far easier.
