Chicago Pneumatic has launched a new air hose reel range, that offers exceptional durability and provides a reliable air supply wherever needed in the workshop or garage.

 

The new Chicago Pneumatic hose reels are available in hose lengths from 33ft / 10m to 52.5ft / 16m, and in sizes ¼”, 3/8” and ½” (BSP or NPT threads) to suit all vehicle service applications.

 

The cost-effective hose reel features a new crimping system on the hose/tool connection. The drum spring also offers superior durability, providing excellent use for up to 25000 cycles, while the reliable ratchet spring provides easy locking and retracting of the hose.

 

The ergonomic design features a moveable retaining ball, which allows easy adjustment of the hose to the desired length. It is mounted on a swivel plate bracket, giving 180˚ movement for easier hose handling, and a multi directional swivel-inlet also gives easy connection on the fixed pipe.

 

The hose reel is fully repairable, contrary to the majority of the models available on the market today, spare parts kits are available to ensure a longer service life of the product, and the ratchet spring is easy to access from the outside for quick maintenance.  

 

The hose is available in premium polyurethane, which is lighter and more flexible than rubber and the reel is available with a range of materials, from composite to aluminium, therefore providing extreme robustness.
