Mirka has launched a new premium ceramic abrasive called Q.Silver which is designed to achieve faster and efficient sanding in automotive refinishing.

Q.Silver Ace features ceramic grains that deliver a process resulting in faster and efficient stock removal, especially when sanding tougher applications. The abrasive is fully resin bonded which provides good grip adhesion to the backing, making it more effective while also and increasing the product's lifespan.  It also has a highly visible Mirka branded print pattern on the reverse side making it much more user friendly.   Q.Silver Ace comes in a grit range of P80-P800.

Craig Daycock, Managing Director of Mirka UK, commented, "We identified  that our customers are working on more and more challenging surfaces during the panel preparation process. To help them we have developed Q.Silver Ace as a robust abrasive with all the benefits of the dust-free sanding Mirka has become known for."
