Demonstrating its commitment to bring new talent into the accident repair sector, bodyshop equipment specialist Car-O-Liner is, once again, a proud to sponsor the IMI Skills Competitions, Body Repair heats which this year take place at the Eyebox, in Coventry.

Since the inaugural competition in Birmingham in 2012, Car-O-Liner has been a sponsor of both the heats and the finals of this important competition year on year for the last 12 years.

Managing Director, Stuart Alexander commented, “The competition has come around again very quickly, it feels like only yesterday we were congratulating Aiden Matthews, of Ultimate Accident Repair, Gloucester, on his Gold Medal Winning achievement at the competitions in 2023. This kind of exceptional talent has to be congratulated and encouraged as the industry not only requires, but is currently crying out for talent, experience, and innovation.  I caught up with Aiden, along with his father Aaron last week at the Fix Auto Conference and was able to congratulate him, again, but this time on his Fix Auto Apprentice of the Year award.”

Stuart added, “We as a team at Car-O-Liner, are so proud to sponsor this amazing competition and are heavily invested, and behind the development of these talented young technicians. To be part of shaping the Collision Repair Industry’s future, is one of the most pleasurable and rewarding aspects of our contribution to this industry.”
