Schaeffler’s team of engine experts invites workshops to ‘talk about INA’ Schaeffler appeals for INA brand feedback

Schaeffler’s team of REPXPERTs are keen to talk to professional technicians about everything related to its range of INA engine systems and components, to help them better understand the problems that are currently challenging workshops.

Sales & Marketing Director, Matt Selby said, “REPXPERT is all about giving mechanics the knowledge they need to carry out accurate and professional repairs and to help us achieve that more effectively, we need to understand the problems they are facing on a daily basis. So, as we’ve done previously with other product groups, we’re inviting workshops to tell us about their experiences of timing and auxiliary drive belt servicing and replacement, as well as repairs of other key engine systems covered by Schaeffler’s INA brand, such as thermal management.”

Matt added, “We’re interested in all aspects of this work, from installation issues to common failures, so our team of REPXPERTs can use the data to produce training modules that will help technicians understand what can go wrong and why, as well as how to prevent the problems in the first place.”

If you would like to share your experiences of INA please contact the REPXPERT team by emailing info@repxpert.co.uk , or calling the hotline on 0044 872 737 0037.
