NAPA Racing UK has continued its strong partnership with Race Against Dementia throughout the 2025 season, prominently displaying the charity’s iconic “Broken D” logo on all cars to raise awareness and funds for this vital cause.

Since 2023, NAPA Racing UK has been committed to supporting Race Against Dementia, a charity founded by racing legend Sir Jackie Stewart OBE, which focuses on using the mindset of motorsport to accelerate critical research into preventing and curing dementia. This year, NAPA Racing is intensifying efforts to raise even more awareness and funds to support the charity’s invaluable scientific work, which has already resulted in over 138 research papers published by Race Against Dementia fellows.

As Scotland’s National Motorsport Centre and the only Scottish venue on the British Touring Car Championship (BTCC) calendar, Knockhill holds special significance. It was here that NAPA Racing UK achieved its first BTCC victory, and it also holds a national connection to Race Against Dementia’s founder, Sir Jackie Stewart OBE.

NAPA Racing UK will once again make a significant presence at Knockhill in 2025 with exciting activations to raise both vital funs and awareness for the charity. Fans can expect to see an eye-catching one-off livery on the NAPA BTCC and MINI’s, with drivers wearing custom Knockhill race suits, donated by technical partner Valvoline. These suits will be auctioned after the Knockhill race weekend to raise further funds for charity. Thank you to all the team sponsors that have kindly donated so far: Cataclean, NRF, Elcome, Gates, BM Catalysts, OSRAM, Dread, Autowave, and Milwaukee.

Fans will also have a chance to purchase limited edition Race Against Dementia merchandise from the trackside NAPA Auto Parts store, with a percentage of each sale going to the charity. Other eral fundraising activities which fans can get involved in are:

Lewis Selby’s Ride Against Dementia - MINI Challenge driver and NAPA Auto Parts UK and Ireland Managing Director Lewis Selby is undertaking a challenging 4-day, 410-mile bike ride from Milton Keynes to Knockhill. This inspiring journey aims to raise donations for Race Against Dementia.

Add Your Name to the Cars and Transporters - Fans and supporters can add their names to NAPA Racing’s cars or transporters for a donation—£25 to feature on the BTCC and MINI race cars livery at Knockhill, or £10 for names on race transporters throughout the season. The deadline to add your name to the cars is 31st July 2025, but don't worry, NAPA Racing will be accepting names on transporters for the whole season.

Knockhill Track Walk, Saturday 16th August - Following the success of last year’s event, NAPA Racing UK invites fans, staff, and drivers to join a track walk around the Knockhill circuit to show solidarity against dementia. Participants can secure a spot on the grid for a £5 donation.

Spin to Win - Conducted via the NAPA Auto Parts trackside store, this popular fundraising activation has already raised over £2,500 at two weekends this year. Supporters can enter for a chance to win exciting prizes, with proceeds going to the cause. Lewis Selby, MINI Challenge driver and NAPA Auto Parts Managing Director, said: “We’re proud to continue our support for Race Against Dementia, and we invite everyone to join the race alongside us. With someone developing dementia every three seconds, it really hits home for us, and several team members have had loved ones affected by dementia, so this cause is very close to our hearts.”
