FAI introduces new eCat
Share:

Aftermarket parts supplier FAI has introduced a new online catalogue for digital parts lookups. The new eCat system is designed to provide faster, more accurate vehicle and part lookups with a simple-to-use interface.

The new catalogue allows users to access to complete FAI parts information, including 360° interactive functionality on select product group images including Cylinder Heads, Water Pumps, Oil Pumps, Valve Covers and more. Adding more 360° images to the database will be undertaken as an ongoing project to assist customers in identifying the correct parts with greater accuracy and speed.

FAI has invested in more efficient back-end data management tools that allow more effective cataloguing of parts. The new platform also provides a framework to build better customer functionality for the future and improved data integrity. The new eCat will also allow the company to speed up the rate of development in its ranges and push the associated data live in a greatly reduced timescale.

The catalogue can be accessed at faiauto.com/eCat
