The recent Epicor Irish automotive user forum, attracted a large turnout of customers to the day long event, held in the Hodson Bay Hotel, Athlone.

The forum was organised by Epicor, a leading software solutions provider to the Irish automotive trade, to gain customer feedback and to provide an insight into the latest product developments. A demonstration was given of the Epicor T-21 business management solution and the company’s next-generation parts catalogue. The latest enhancements to current products and future developments were also on display and were enthusiastically received by the large audience.

Customers were also able to meet the management team and discuss all aspects of how Epicor solutions can assist them on a day-to-day basis. John Matthews, Customer Account Manager for Ireland commented, “It was an excellent opportunity to show the major developments coming in T-21 and the parts catalogue. The ‘Hints and Tips’ section at the end of the day proved very popular and generated a lot of interest.” He added, “We have more of these events planned for the future.”
