DENSO Aftermarket Sales has appointed two new members to its customer service team.

Laurence Bachelor takes up the position of Customer Service Administrator while Kerry Nickson comes in as a new Sales Administrator. The new additions will assist Denso in offering an enhanced service of timely information, and technical and sales assistance.

Laurence has worked in the automotive industry for six years, including experience Krupp Hoesch, Halfords, and Klarius Quinton Hazell. He said, “I am really pleased to be part of the Denso and helping to enhance Denso’s reputation for market-leading customer service within the aftermarket.”

Kerry Nickson is new to the automotive industry but has gained good experience in the customer service field with AXA.  In her new role of Sales Administrator, Kerry will be an integral part of the Denso team, often being the first port of call for customer queries and orders.

Denso Aftermarket Sales Manager, Paul Payne, said,  “These appointments come at a key time for our business as we look to further develop our aftermarket offering.  Our customer services team is a vital part of this, and we believe that their combined expertise and dedication will help us to deliver an even more comprehensive and efficient service than ever before.”
