Alliance Automotive Group UK has announced that it has completed the acquisition of the Irish based Melotrans Group Ltd.

The Melotrans Group is a parts supply business based in Dublin, consisting of three well known motor factor outlets, Ballyfermot Autoparts, Finglas Auto Parts and Tallaght Auto Parts. The group has sales of some €7m and employs 33 staff members. 

This is their first acquisition of motor factor outlets by AAG in the Republic of Ireland.
