The popular MechanExpert Roadshows will return in June with 3 events taking place in Enniscorthy, South Dublin, and Kilkenny from the 18th to 20th. These events provide local access to leading global aftermarket brands and this year feature Philips which is the latest big name to join the line-up, increasing the breadth of OE & OE Quality expertise.


Attendees can expect the usual blend of technical demonstrations, face-to-face time with experts from a variety of parts manufacturers, talks on new and existing technologies and issues affecting garages. The evenings run from 6pm to 10pm so that garages do not lose any valuable ramp time and MechanExpert will supply complimentary refreshments.

Technical experts from many leading aftermarket brands will be in attendance including; Apec, Bosch, Comma, Gates, Hella (including Hella Gutmann Solutions), Kilen, KYB, Mann Filter, Philips, and Schaeffler (LuK, INA, FAG) all under one roof and at a convenient local venue.

MechanExpert’s partner brands cover every vehicle systems and how to access and repair them, from best practice on fitting a directional brake pads, to changing a dual clutch, calibrating the ever-growing range of radars and sensors, to the value of an OE filter in increasingly sensitive engines. Other areas covered include; the real differences between oils, the true effects of suspension wear on braking distances, timing issues and diagnostics. 

The Mechanics Association of Ireland will also be there, giving technicians and garage owners the chance to meet representative from the organisation and to find out what they are doing for mechanics up and down the country and how to get involved.
