As part of HELLA Ireland’s strategy "Tools, Parts and Services”, the Santry based parts supplier, together with its supplier Pierburg, trained more than 100 mechanics from Cavan to Cork.

Pierburg’s Achim Villmow, spent a week with HELLA Ireland’s customers to inform and train mechanics on electronic components and systems.

HELLA held training events in four different locations and visited several garages, providing mechanics with necessary information about new technologies and trends. HELLA will be running this kind of supplier training every three to four months, covering different areas of the car.

HELLA will also soon officially launch the HELLA Training Academy (HTA), to offer technical and non-technical training programmes for independent mechanics.
