TRICO’s Sarah Moore produced a stunning comeback during race two of the third-round of the Britcar Dunlop Endurance Championship, after starting at the back of the grid. The TRICO Brand Ambassador and W-Series driver ended the weekend on a high in the TRICO-sponsored Tockwith Motorsports Ginetta G50, as she and young team-mate, Moh Ritson, finished sixth in race two.

The weekend looked like it was going to be a frustrating one, having qualified well for race one, before sustaining differential damage during the early part of the race. Some fantastic work by the TMS pit crew, however, ensured the car slotted back onto the track, with three laps remaining, to take the chequered flag.

The damage, though, meant Sarah started race two at the back of the grid; nevertheless, she drove a magnificent stint, moving right behind second-place, before handing over to Moh.

Sarah thanked TRICO for its continued support and is eager to see the TRICO car earn a podium spot in the next round at Donington Park on June 1st.

TRICO Senior Product and Brand Manager, Sam Robinson, said, “Sarah continues to impress with her speed and professionalism. Her comeback further-demonstrates what a fearless driver she is, a driver that never gives up and is capable of gaining a result in the most challenging of circumstances. We’re proud of her and Moh, too, who is still only three races into his first senior season.”

Round two of the W-Series takes place at Zolder, Belgium, on Saturday (18th May), with live coverage on Channel 4 from 2:45pm.
