Inductor Innovations were demonstrating their popular Mini-Ductor Venom induction heating tool at Automechanika and were also attracting considerable interest with their Inductor Pro-Max Fully Loaded system which the company says is the highest performing induction heating system available.

The system has a range of uses in many sectors and is especially favoured by accident repair centres because of the possibilities it offers. It uses invisible heat to safely and easily remove parts bonded to metal in seconds meaning a big reduction in time spent on jobs.

From a bodyshop perspective the Pro-Max also offers many other time saving possibilities and even has the potential to develop new income streams. By using various attachments the Inductor can be used to remove side mouldings, pinstripes, graphics and adhesives quickly and easily. It also allows a user to remove seam sealers and loosen stuck fasteners and can assist with the removal of windscreens, sunroofs and bedliners.

The Pro-Max also has applications for structural repair and is a first class tool for Paintless Dent Removal able to help rectify soft dents and door dings, or prepare a damaged panel through a push to paint process.
