LIQUI MOLY welcomes new Business Development Manager for Ireland

LIQUI MOLY has appointed David McNeill to its team who will support workshops throughout Ireland driving the growth of the world-renowned lubricant brand on the island.


38-year-old David McNeill joined LIQUI MOLY at the beginning of March. He brings years of experience in the Irish automotive aftermarket, with a strong focus on customer relationships, operational efficiencies, and sales.

As Business Development Manager for Ireland, David McNeill will foster customer relationships, offering personal support and service across the island. He describing the role he said, “First and foremost, I will be the face on the ground in Ireland for the brand. The brand is known for its quality in the market and having a huge range of products. I want to educate and show workshops and garages how our products can help them and their businesses to thrive. Additionally, I will be keen to be part of local and national roadshows. LIQUI MOLY really are supportive of shows, and this is something I intend to do throughout Ireland. So, if you see me, please come and say hello!”

In his professional career David McNeill spent 13 years with Schrader Electronics, a manufacturer of automotive and industrial electronics. He held positions as Production Line Manager, Training manager and Continuous Improvement Auditor. At LKQ Euro Car Parts, he gained great experience in the industry. In his seven years with the company, he worked in various roles, working up to Regional Operations Manager.

At the beginning of 2025 he felt it was the right time to find a new challenge and he found LIQUI MOLY. “LIQUI MOLY is a huge brand known throughout the world, so it was a very exciting opportunity for the next stage in my career. Without doubt it is exciting to be with the brand in Ireland. There is huge potential for growth, and I am pleased to be part of that”, said David.
