The Vehicle Repairers Association (VRA), is holding an open meeting for anyone involved in the accident repair industry in the Galway area at 8pm on Tuesday March 8th, at the Claregalway Hotel, Galway. The meeting is aimed at all those in the area that have concerns about the future of the accident repair industry.

Members of the successfully established VRA from Co. Mayo will be in attendance, to discuss their own experience in setting up a representative bodyshop association. Items for discussion will also include; environmental regulation, insurance company influence, training needs, as well as the benefits of having an effective repairer association. It is also hoped that from the meeting a Galway branch of the VRA can be formed.

The VRA has been established to represent and promote the interests of accident repairers in Ireland. It is a group of repairers who have come together so that they can have a strong voice and having successfully established itself in Mayo, it is now seeking to expand nationally.

John Moran of the VRA says, “If you are involved in the accident repair industry in the Galway area, we would ask you to please attend this important meeting. Right now, repairers need effective representation and support more than ever. Please help to protect the future of the accident repair industry in Ireland and protect the future of your own business by coming along.”
