Total bodyshop solutions provider Symach is to make its third complete bodyshop installation in Belgium in the last 12 months. The latest customers is BOGEMANS in Brussels which is developing with Symach a complete new bodyshop with all equipment and the FixLine formula that produces 120 repairs a week, with an average of 1.5 days key to key time for the 83 percent of the repairs.
The new body shop will be installed in September and will also be able to deliver reduced labour costs by using three different repair processes depending on the severity of the vehicle damage.
Symach specializes in building new bodyshops all around the world and provides a design consultation service with 3D simulation. It also handles all installation and equipment training.
Osvaldo Bergaglio of Symach commented, "It was not easy to design a bodyshop for 120 repairs a week in a space that is at least 40% less than a conventional bodyshop, but we are all very pleased with the results.” Bodyshop owner Dennis Bogemans added, "Our goal is to design a body shop in a small area with maximum output, we investigated many different options to achieve 120 repairs a week and finally we have chosen Symach. Due to the fact that we can achieve this number of repairs in a small building with a reduction in key to key time and we can be more competitive in the market.”
