Leading original equipment supplier to vehicle manufacturers around the world Schaeffler, has released a number of new-to-range products, including new parts to service all key vehicle systems from all three of the company’s brands.

With the addition of two LuK dual mass flywheels (415105110 and 415106510), Schaeffler brings a huge number of VAG and Hyundai applications within reach of garages looking to provide a genuine replacement solution. Models covered include the SEAT Ateca and Leon, Škoda Superb III, VW Arteon, Passat, T-Roc and Tiguan, and Ireland’s best-selling car, the Hyundai Tucson.

Two new INA torsional vibration damper (TVD) references (544051410 and 544050710), can service many Audi models, including the A4, A5, A6, A7 and Q5, 110,000 BMW applications such as the 1 and 2 Series plus X1 and X2, and the Mini One, Clubman, Convertible and Countryman.

The increasingly popular FAG Steering & Suspension programme benefits from the addition of four new control arms; 821120510 caters for Nissan Qashqai II and Renault Kadjar models, 821125610 for Audi A4, A5, RS5, S5, Q5 and SQ5 plus the Porsche Macan, and 821126910 / 821127010, which are the front axle left and front axle right respectively to fit Ford B-Max and Tourneo Courier vehicles.

As Schaeffler says, at it delivers the same parts to the aftermarket as it manufactures for OE fitment by VMs around the world, the quality, performance and reliability is unquestionable. Where the company isn’t the OE supplier, every component is still manufactured to rigorous Schaeffler quality standards, using the same specifications, materials and manufacturing techniques used in the OE parts.

Mechanics also benefit from Schaeffler’s ‘complete repair solution’ philosophy, with every single component required for a professional and safe replacement included in the box, right down to the last nut, bolt and washer.

Information on Schaeffler products and systems, fitting instructions, labour times and much more can be found on the REPXPERT app, downloadable for free for all iOS and Android devices, or at www.repxpert.co.uk.
