Domino’s pizza’s Cork franchise, has taken delivery of a zero emission scooter to use as part of its delivery fleet. The scooter was provided by Verde Autos, a Cork based electric vehicle company, which is providing a range of electric vehicles to the Irish and UK market.

The Verde 1500 purchased by Dominos pizza, will travel for up to 70km on a charge, with a top speed of 50km/h. The scooter retails at €2,500 inc vat. The cost of a full charge is 12cent.
