David Ryan, Peugeot Brand Manager at Johnson & Perrott Limited, Main Peugeot Dealers, Mahonpoint, Cork, has been awarded the Peugeot Sales Person of the Year 2014 title. Following an eight-month Sales Challenge, the top 10 Peugeot Sales Executives in the country were brought to Stuttgart to take in the sights and to enjoy the Oktoberfest Beer Festival. David was announced as the overall winner of the Peugeot Sales Challenge 2014 at a Gala Dinner and presented with his trophy and a €600 voucher for white goods from Kitchen Accessories Limited. 


Recognised by Peugeot for his outstanding performance in sales and marketing of new and used Peugeot cars and LCVs, David’s joint-biggest selling car models this year have been the new Peugeot 308, European Car of the Year 2014 and the award-winning Peugeot 5008 7-seater compact MPV, followed closely by the Peugeot 3008 Crossover.

David, originally from Fairhill, Cork City but now living in Watergrasshill, has worked in the motor trade for 28 years. A member of Cork Bushido Kickboxing and a coach at Riverstown Football Club, Glanmire, he is married with two boys.

On receiving his award, David said, “It’s been a very busy year for new Peugeot models and I am delighted to win the Peugeot Sales Challenge 2014. At Johnson & Perrott Limited we strive constantly to ensure our customers receive a second-to-none experience. It is extremely gratifying to win such an accolade.”
