OTTO launches new Business 2 Business portal

Car parts supplier OTTO has launched a new business 2 business web portal which allows trade customers all over Ireland to access the comprehensive OTTO components range, as well as make use of lots of useful tools that will allow them to identify the parts they need and place an order in just a few clicks.

Managing Director, Barry McDowell, says, “We have only launched the portal a few weeks and already it is proving to be very popular. It allows customers to find the parts they need and place orders quickly and conveniently online. It can be a big time saver for busy garages.”

The new portal allows users to filter parts not only by vehicle registration, but also by VIN and part numbers. This means parts can be identified with a high degree of accuracy. The system also allows users to view live stock availability at OTTO’s four branch locations and will suggest alternative product options where required.

Barry adds, “The site contains a wealth of useful information, with product details including high resolution colour images so that a technician can see the part and check it before ordering. There is also cross reference information, diagrams and fitting instructions.”

Current OTTO account holders and other trade businesses from across Ireland can set up access to the portal in the B2B section at otto.ie
