Parts specialist OPTIMAL has demonstrated the latest addition to its logistic operation at its Langenbach operation in Germany. The new lane 7 area offers space for over 10,000 small and large container boxes.  This is the fifth expansion stage of the fully automated warehouse that has been implemented on schedule.

The company says that from the planning in spring 2018 to completion in autumn everything ran according to plan. The new warehouse lane increases the current capacity of the central warehouse at the head office of OPTIMAL in Langenbach by more than 10% to over 110,000 container boxes.

Since relocating to Langenbach in 2008, OPTIMAL has now completed five expansion stages to cope with business growth. Construction of a new buffer warehouse will also commence in February 2019.

OPTIMAL has been producing and distributing quality car parts for more than 27 years and offers a range that includes; wheel bearing kits, steering and suspension parts, shock absorbers, wheel drive components, and brake systems to rubber-metal parts, water pumps, and belt tensioner kits.
