Mercedes-Benz dealership, MSL Cork, has relocated its operations from its base at Kinsale Road in Turners Cross to a new premises at Eastgate Business Park, Little Island, in the final phase of a strategy designed to reposition the long established retailer, formerly known as Turners Cross Motors.

The new facility includes a state-of-the-art Mercedes-Benz workshop on two levels, courtesy boardroom facilities for customers and new modern showrooms.

Declan O’Hara, who was appointed to the role of General Manager in October 2008 says, “This is a service business through-and-through and success is dependent on the ability to deliver a high level of customer service consistently, over time.  Fully integrating our sales and after-sales departments is the final link in the chain to achieving this goal.”

Recently appointed Paul Moriarity is the Service Manager. Declan O’Hara says “Having the right people in key positions is absolutely critical.”

With a host of new models anticipated to come on stream over the coming eighteen months, MSL Cork is confident the future for Mercedes-Benz in Cork looks very bright indeed.
