Highlighting how it relies on technician feedback to fine tune its product offering, parts specialist First Line provides all of it replacement suspension arms with the appropriate fittings where required.

A prime example of where this saves technicians time is on the replacement of the Lower Rear Suspension Arms for the Ford Focus and C-Max. Here technicians have highlighted how the securing bolts often need to be cut when removing the old arm.

For this reason the First Line reference FCA7374 includes the nuts and bolts required, as standard, meaning that the garage has everything required to finish the job at no extra cost.

First Line says that the most important benefit of installing First Line Steering & Suspension is that customers are provided with all the necessary nuts and bolts required for a smooth installation as Ball Joints, Link Bars and Suspension Arms, where applicable, come with the necessary fitting components as standard.
