The product range on display includes: electrical components, fluids, engine components, brake parts and steering and suspension. The most popular parts on the van are generally products that make the job of a technician easier, or the perceived 'dealer only' products such as 18802/03 BMW E46 complete wishbones or 24082 Mercedes Sprinter column switchgear.


The workshop workouts are arranged with febi distributors and also include product training for the sales staff at the branches, prior to visiting the garages. By demonstrating to the telesales staff in the branches 'part  by part' which profit opportunities they miss out on by saying no to their customers, motor factors have an opportunity to build new sales.

Gary Taylor, UK and Ireland Sales Manager at febi, says, "At first people are reluctant to take the time out and look at what we have got to offer, but afterwards they all find it a positive educational experience." He adds, “On average, the van visits six workshops per day, where staff have the opportunity to see and f eel a selection of the febi range. The van is a perfect medium to keep factors and their customers up-to-date in a fast moving market.”
