The Ford Focus was the most serviced car in Ireland by aftermarket professionals in 2017, according to figures released by automotive technical information provider, Autodata.

For the first time Autodata has published an industry report that shares not only the top 10 most serviced cars in Ireland, but also the top 10 most serviced light commercial vehicles, motorcycles, hybrids, electric, petrol and diesel vehicles this year in the 20 countries.

The top five most accessed automotive technical information topics by Irish workshops this year were Technical Specifications (vehicle identification, ignitions system, fuel system, etc.), Cam-shaft Drive System, Electrical Component Locations, Wiring Diagrams, and Engine Oil.

As a top seller since 2000 it is no surprise that the Focus is currently the most popular model seen in Irish workshops.
