Spray gun specialist SATA is now offering LCS, a liner cup system which offers bodyshops some significant benefits. 

One of the main advantages of LCS is that the adapter is no longer required for use with SATA spray guns. The LCS fits on all SATA paint spray guns with a QCC connection. With the inconvenient adapter no longer required, the gun has a more favourable centre of gravity, offers easier cleaning, lower weight and no risk of damage to the spray gun from foreign parts.

The strainers of the LCS are also absolutely particle-free. They are manufactured separately and quality-tested and only clicked into the lid before painting. This ensures that no paint-disturbing particles impair the final result.

The lids of the SATA LCS are equipped with a special safety system, a quadruple bayonet that shows at a glance whether all lugs are correctly locked and the seal is highly reliable. As is typical for SATA, the materials of the hardcup, liner and lid are of particularly high quality. The hardcup is extremely stable and highly transparent for easier mixing. The liners, on the other hand, are made of particularly thin material that collapses easily and thus enables a smooth material flow.
