When it comes to transmission servicing, ZF offers a highly effective solution with everything required by the workshop in one package. It makes the process of changing transmission oil much simpler and can open up a new business opportunity for garages.

Parts specialist OTTO has been distributing ZF and its associated brands, Lemforder, Sachs, Boge and TRW in Ireland for over 20 years and offer access to a full range of ZF Group products through its branches and online.

ZF are the acknowledged experts when it comes to transmissions and are a leading OE vehicle transmission manufacturer for a huge range of models. It also offers fully compatible oil change kits for other manufacturers’ units, meaning a technician can always find the right solution in the ZF aftermarket range.

The all-in-one transmission service package offers many advantages to garages in that parts are easier to find and purchase, there is no risk of delays or downtimes due to incorrect or missing parts and all parts are in ZF OE quality.

The kits are not only useful for transmission oil changes, including filter replacement, but can also solve issues such as oil loss on oil pan or housing, replacement of torque converter, replacement of mechatronic parts, replacement of pressure regulators and solenoid valves and oil level checks after minor repairs.

Oil change kits are available for the 5HP, 6HP and 8HP model ranges of the automatic ZF transmissions and also for model ranges from other transmission manufacturers for passenger cars. They include all components necessary for a transmission oil change. Depending on the transmission type, the scope of supply includes seals, filters, oil pans and magnets, screw plugs and fastening screws, if applicable. The oil change kits are optionally available with or without oil.

These kits are available from OTTO branches.
