DENSO is continuing their series of free webinars, aimed at helping workshops and technicians successfully take on modern vehicles with confidence.The online training provides technical information to garage owners and technicians to help them to better understand the fundamentals and the ever expanding technology that is used in modern vehicles. Recent webinars have covered a variety of topics including: Starters and Alternators failures and troubleshooting, Signs that show when a spark plug needs replacing, and glow plug testing and diagnosing.

The recent glow plug webinar was 30 minutes long and explained the proper way to test glow plugs, as well as illustrating the most common glow plug failures. The images of failed glow plugs was very helpful and clearly illustrated each type of fault and the most common reason for that fault. The main presentation was followed by a question and answer session, giving any attending technician a chance to get a tailored answer to their questions.
