Delphi Product & Service Solutions is celebrating after its brand ambassador, Kajetan Kajetanowicz, clinched a third successive and record breaking European Rally Championship on day one of the Latvian rally.

Kajetanowicz is the first competitor in the championship’s 64 year history to achieve three back-to-back titles, cementing his position as one of Europe’s best rally drivers. Earlier this year, Delphi and its Polish customers became a partner of Kajetanowicz and the LOTOS Rally Team and have supported him in each of the eight rounds, culminating in last weekend’s championship title.

“It is tough to sum up this season. It was full of emotions and difficult decisions, but was also dynamic and interesting, with many unexpected moments. Now I know that our initial strategy, aimed at winning the Championship, was the best decision of the whole season,” commented Kajetan Kajetanowicz. “And to do it with an OE technology manufacturer, such as Delphi, as a partner makes it all the more special.”
