The rise of SCR technology in the past fifteen years has seen a rapid increase in demand for AdBlue and with the implementation of Euro 6 regulations all new diesel cars will require AdBlue by 2020. This makes it a product that no serious aftermarket business can afford to ignore.

Recognising the huge potential of AdBlue some time ago, the team at Irish distributor Carcessories carefully researched the market to find the best partner for this vital product sector. The result has been a highly successful partnership with Cleanairblue, which has seen sales of this range double in Ireland over the past 12 months.

CleanAirBlue offers a range of AdBlue products manufactured by the Banner Group, chemical experts with over 160 years experience. It produces AdBlue to the strict quality standards defined under ISO 22241. This requires raw materials to be ultra-pure as well as stringent quality criteria to be meet in production, handling, transportation and storage.

Gerg Lonergan of Carcessories says, “CleanAirBlue are true AdBlue experts and the quality of the products and the services they provide is second to none. It allows us to offer an effective and economical AdBlue solutions to businesses with differing needs.”

The CleanAirBlue range features 1.5 litre car bottles with ISO 22241-4 standard connecting nozzles, easy to handle 10 and 20 litre containers, excellent value 210 litre drums, and dual dispensing 1,000 litre IBC’s for high volume users.

Greg comments, “AdBlue demand has grown rapidly in relation to trucks, buses, agricultural machinery and off highway applications. It is also now becoming an important retail product as it is required for more and more diesel cars. This means it is a rapidly growing market and with CleanAirBlue we can offer our customers, of all sizes, the most profitable way to meet this demand.”
