A single seat, two wheeled car could be on sale as early as 2020. Currently being tested in Beijing it has been developed by engineer Zhu Lingyun who was inspired by a 1961 Ford concept.

Having seen the Ford Gyron on the internet some 5 years ago Zhu set about designing the Gyron. He has raised some $10 million to bring the project this far.

The car has no steering wheel or acceleration pedal. It can be controlled by a computer mouse or driven autonomously.
