Greenhall Motors, Buttavent, Co. Cork has been named as the leading Opel dealership in Ireland at Opel’s annual Customer Excellence Awards event yesterday.
The awards were held in recognition of Opel Ireland’s top 12 dealerships who have been singled out for the highest level of customer service.

This award is a true recognition of their hard work,” said Dave Sheeran, Managing Director, Opel Ireland when commenting on the awards.

The dealership has won six awards from Opel in the last five years. Greenhall Motors was founded by Tim & Joan O’Shea in 1959 and acquired the Opel franchise in 1962. In 1982, the company relocated from Castlecor, Mallow to Charleville Road, Bettevant, Mallow, County Cork.
The Customer Excellence Award recognises Opel dealers who actively practice, promote and deliver the highest levels of customer excellence in Sales and Aftersales. Opel created the awards with the focus on promoting the best possible customer experience and awarding dealers who are dedicated to customer service.
The Customer Excellence Award was determined exclusively on customer feedback for each dealer over the period January – December last year. The 12 Opel dealers who also received awards include; Central Motors, Ferrybank Motors, Kevin O’Leary Silverprings, Kenilworth Motors, Mullingar Opel, Herron Opel, Murray Motors, Hinchy’s Garage, J. McChesney & Son, John Kelly Opel and Youngs of Roscrea.
