Leading rotating electrics supplier WAI has declared Automechanika Birmingham a success, following strong visitor interest in its starter motor and alternator product range, as well as its new electric vehicle products.

The engine management brand enjoyed a busy three days exhibiting its rotating electrics range plus window regulators, wiper motors and ignition products, alongside a portfolio of new equipment for EVs.

The brand demonstrated its new 3-phase EV cables, allowing garages to charge electric vehicles from an existing workshop socket, EV adaptors for easily converting cables to suit different vehicle specifications, and the Recharge 2000 and 3000 portable EV chargers.

Richard Welland, managing director at WAI, said, “As a customer-driven business, we were thrilled to be back meeting our customers face to face, showing off our leading product portfolio, and introducing new developments in our EV range.”
