Sherwin-Williams has added to its customer focused marketing strength by promoting Tom Noble to the position of Planning/Market Analyst. Tom will be concentrating on the delivery of market opportunities and profitable revenue streams for repairers through identifying new products and developing existing refinish paint technologies.

Tom joined Sherwin Williams in 2010 and has been heavily involved in company planning and forecasting.  His new role will develop responsibility in this area by listening to customer requirements and working closely with the US headquarters in Warrensville Heights, Ohio to bring new opportunities to market.

Reporting into Matthew Palmer, UK financial controller, Tom will divide his time between the company’s UK head office in Sheffield and its European base in Pomezia, near Rome.

Mike Fowler, business development director EMEA, Sherwin-Williams, says, “Tom’s expertise in planning and market analysis will enable us to be more agile in meeting market demands and to present repairers with opportunities that can benefit their businesses through the continued development of profit-led refinish paint systems.  He’s a major asset to the global marketing team.”
