More than 200 visitors met with members of the REPXPERT technical team during the two-day MECHANEX show, recently held at Event City in Manchester.

The visiting technicians were keen to pick the brains of the eight-strong team of REPXPERTs on a range of topics, with a strong focus on INA belt systems, but also including LuK clutch replacements, FAG wheel bearings and future technology/E-Mobility.

Marketing Communications Manager, Jeff Earl, said, “The Schaeffler stand is always one of the most popular at MECHANEX, and the design changes we made for Manchester ensured this trend continued. This year we added a presentation zone to our 100sqm. stand, where our two-belt system REPXPERTs, Tim Adams and Andy Vaux, delivered training seminars about belt installation issues and how to avoid them.” Jeff added, “We look forward to meeting more technicians later this year when MECHANEX returns to Sandown Park in November.”

Meanwhile, eager technicians have already filled up the latest LuK 2CT double clutch training course, which will take place on Tuesday 19th June at the REPXPERT Academy in Birmingham. Familiar face, Alistair Mason, will be leading the event which will include an assessment day.

REPXPERT members that would like to sign-up for future events can do so by logging in at the REPXPERT site – www.repxpert.co.uk – and following the simple instructions on the ‘Live Training’ page. New dates and topics will be announced in the near future.
