Schaeffler is to give its REPXPERT bonus shop a boost by introducing new gifts to its online loyalty scheme after listening to members’ feedback.

While REPXPERTs will continue to earn points with every product purchased, which they can redeem online to either save or spend immediately on gifts, they will now have a more varied selection of items to choose from.

The new products will be split into three categories: workshop essentials, tools and clothing. There will be an option to customise workshop clothing, which includes T-shirts, coveralls and trousers, cardigans, jackets and hats, with a workshop’s logo.

Within the workshop essentials section will be a variety of electrical devices, such as hot drink machines, toasters and kettles, as well as a REPXPERT POS pack, which will include a mixture of pens, mugs and gloves.

Among the new workshop tools, supplied by leading brand, Geodore will be locking tool, screwdriver, plier and torque wrench sets.

Technical Services Manager, Malcolm Short, said, “We’ve listened to our members and hope the introduction of these new gifts will further enhance the REPXPERT bonus shop experience. The new items are not available to order yet, but we will announce when they will be in due course.”

Technicians can sign-up to REPXPERT today, free-of-charge, by visiting www.repxpert.co.uk. As well as redeem points for purchasing LuK, INA, FAG or Ruville products, members will also have access to technical guides, non-Schaeffler technical information, product specifications and the latest training dates.
