ContiTech has produced a new video that shows the benefits of its Product Information Centre, an on-line tool that simplifies day-to-day workshop operations with useful technical information fitting instructions and tips.

The new explanatory video summarises what ContiTech’s Product Information Centre can do in just two and a half minutes. It features an amusing story about the mechanic Tom, and shows how he benefits from PIC digital services. There is also an explanatory brochure.

Using PIC once the article number has been input at www.contitech.de/pic, the system displays all relevant up-to-date information. There is no time spent on registration or log in first. Users can simply download technical and comprehensive fitting instructions. Mobile devices can also access the PIC directly via the QR code on the product packaging.

“The PIC provides mechanics with all the key information for every repair involving belt drive components within seconds, time-consuming research and outdated information are thus a thing of the past,” says Meinders-Bannick from the ContiTech Marketing Service Team.
The explanatory video can be viewed on the ContiTech Power Transmission Group’s Automotive Aftermarket YouTube channel at http://www.youtube.com/user/contitechptgaamen.
