Bosch has made some major additions to extend coverage on its premium FILTER+ cabin filter range. FILTER+ complements the Bosch ranges of standard filters and activated-carbon cabin filters to provide comprehensive coverage across all type of vehicle.

The new FILTER+ filters offer especially effective protection for allergy sufferers as they not only separate the smallest particles and foul smells, but also bacteria and allergens. With allergies now affecting more and more people, springtime can be especially difficult for many car drivers and passengers. Bosch point out that driving while suffering an allergic reaction can result in serious danger.

Bosch FILTER+ protects allergy sufferers against flying pollen with its multiple functional filter layers ensuring clean air inside the cabin. An anti-allergy layer with a special molecular grid structure also separates allergens and renders them harmless. In addition, this filter layer also eliminates bacteria. An activated-carbon layer neutralises harmful and bad smelling gases and an ultra-thin microfiber layer separates 99 percent of all particles with a diameter of 2.5 micrometers.

Air that has passed through a FILTER+ is both clean, healthy and odour free and with a new filter fitted, drivers will really notice the difference inside of the cabin.

Each FILTER+ cabin filter comes with in-pack fitting instructions which can also be accessed online by scanning the QR code. In order to maintain high air quality inside the vehicle, Bosch recommends that car drivers should have their cabin filters replaced once a year or every 15,000 km.
