Lighting specialist OSRAM is highlighting to garage owners how fitting its original equipment quality Halogen and Xenon automotive bulbs can boost customer satisfaction by ensuring, a longer bulb life and fewer failures.

OSRAM says that in too many cases, when a garage supplies and fits a non-OE bulb, not long afterwards the customer is often coming back complaining that the bulbs have dimmed or are no longer working.  However, OSRAM says its OE quality Halogen or Xenon bulbs are safer, brighter and last longer. This means that the customer recognises a garage offers excellent products and cares about customer service. They may even recommend the garage to their friends on social media and by word of mouth.

OSRAM points out that its bulbs offer a longer life, better lumen maintenance and increased   vibration resistance.

More than 50% of cars on the road already have OSRAM Original Equipment bulbs fitted on the production line and through OSRAM garage partners and distributors, drivers can enjoy the satisfaction of longer-lasting, brighter performance bulbs for the lifetime of their car ownership.
